Lance began his career in the mortgage industry in 2016 while working full time as a firefighter. After a couple of years, he realized his passion was for this industry and he quit the fire department to pursue mortgages full-time. He grew his business quickly, and formed a team to provide a higher level of service to his clients and partners. He prides himself on consistent and transparent communication, always doing the right thing for his clients and their financial futures, and helping his referral partners grow their own businesses.
He has been married to his wife Susan since 2008, and they have 2 children together, Aidan and Annabelle. Lance is originally from the Houston area, and currently resides in Ponte Vedra, Florida with his family. He is a retired veteran, having served 6 years in the Army including 1 tour to Iraq. He enjoys hunting, hiking, reading, and traveling.
